Integrative Yoganidra Training
Taught by Laia Villegas
Indologist, trainer, and transpersonal therapist
Author of the Dictionary of Yoga
This course is theoretical, practical, and experiential. It is based on various traditional and contemporary Yoga Nidra schools and proposes an integrative Yoganidra, grounded in the doctrine of the five koshas or dimensions of the Self (physical body, energetic body, mental body, consciousness, and spirit).
In this training, you will learn the philosophical foundation and structure of the Yoganidra technique. You will understand its benefits and potential through your own experience and acquire personal tools to improve your rest, self-care, and connection with yourself.
This training includes comprehensive educational materials and pre-recorded sessions for your personal practice. It is complemented by an individual final project supervised by the teacher, which will enable you to facilitate group or individual Yoga Nidra sessions based on a solid yet open structure, allowing you to develop your own personal style.
